Bryan, Service Engineer from France Country Region, drove 400 kilometers in the early morning at 6 a.m. to repair the SY215 forestry machine and worked until 11 p.m. to complete the equipment repair. His dedication and professional skills were highly praised and appreciated by the customer.

為保證客戶采購的47台SRT95C剛卡的服務,賽博礦區服務團隊日夜奮戰,保證了設備每天高效運行18小時以上,設備出勤率達到93%,受到了客戶的高度評價。
