履带式潜孔钻机说明:
维修方便的液压泵组:气马达驱动液压泵组并置于液压油箱外部,油泵与马达采用软特性联接且可自由拆卸,使油泵运行稳定可靠,维修方便。
强有力的推进、回转机构:推进减速器采用涡轮。蜗杆传动,推拉力达,可实现自锁。
回转减速器采用齿轮传动,转速低,扭矩大,维护保养方便。
集中控制的操纵机构:
钻车设计有先进的液压系统和气路系统,所有动作都集中控制,方便操作。
操作液压操纵阀,可实现钻臂的举升、摆动和钻架的俯仰、摆角、前移(后退)以及履带的调平等功能。保证多方位钻凿岩孔和钻车的稳定。
操作气动操纵阀,可实现油泵的开启和钻车的推进(提升)、回转、冲击等功能,保证钻车高效率凿岩。
安全稳定的行走机构:
重心低、离地间隙大,能轻松穿越崎岖的路面。
先进的履带自动调平功能,不仅使钻车行走平稳,且大大减轻了地面对钻车的冲击力,保证了行驶安全。
马达驱动,爬坡能力强,具有较大的牵引力。
刹车装置与行走操纵机构采用联动方式,使停车即为刹车,从而保障了钻车凿岩作业和在斜坡上行驶的稳定与安全。
常置刹车状态的行走操纵阀分别控制左右履带动作、实现前进、后退和转向。方便,灵活。
Crawler DTH drill rig instructions:

Centralized controlled of the operating mechanism:
Drilling rig has advanced hydraulic system and pneumatic system, all actions are centralized control, it is easy to operate.
Operate the hydraulic control valve to achieve the functions of lifting the boom, swinging and pitching, swing angle, forward (backward) and leveling of the track. To ensure multi-directional drilling and the stability of the rig .
Operation of pneumatic control valve, enabling the pump to open and rig’s promote (enhance), rotation, impact and other functions ,so to ensure high drilling efficiency.
Safe and stable walking organization
Low gravity, big ground clearance, it can easily cross the rugged pavement.
Advanced track automatic leveling function, not only make the rig walking smoothly and greatly reduce the impact of the ground on the rig, which also ensure driving safety
Motor-driven, strong climbing ability, with greater traction.
The braking device and the walking control mechanism adopt a linkage mode, so that parking is braking, thereby ensuring the stability and safety of the rock drilling and the driving on the slope.
Walking control valve which usually in brake state control action to left or right respectively ,so as to achieve forward, backward and turn.It is convenient and flexible.
